The RRB Group D exam consists of three stages:

RRB Group D Physical Efficiency Test (PET) 2024

1. The PET is qualifying in nature, which means you need to pass it to move on to the next stage of the selection process.

2. Twice the number of community-wise vacancies will be called for the PET.

PET Requirements for Male Candidates:

Weight Lifting and Carrying:

  • Lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes without putting the weight down.

Running:

  • Run for a distance of 1000 meters in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance.

PET Requirements for Female Candidates:

  • Lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes without putting the weight down.

Running:
